Enduro Tour Guide & Activity Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enduro Tour Guide to lead adventurous guests on premium off-road motorcycle experiences. This role requires exceptional safety awareness, strong leadership skills, and fluent English with proven ability to engage diverse international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead guided enduro via van transportation to remote locations around Paphos and the surrounding regions

Provide comprehensive safety briefings and enforce all safety protocols before each activity

Manage groups safely with professionalism and enthusiasm

Plan detailed itineraries considering weather conditions, terrain difficulty, and participant experience levels

Demonstrate proper riding techniques and provide real-time coaching during tours

Provide engaging storytelling about local landscapes, terrain features, and regional culture

Handle emergencies with quick decision-making and first aid knowledge

Maintain equipment in a safe working condition and perform basic troubleshooting

Conduct pre-activity equipment checks (helmets, protective gear, motorcycles)

Build relationships with international tourists and accommodation providers for repeat bookings

Required Qualifications

Valid Category A or A2 motorcycle driving licence (minimum) and Category B

Fluent, high-level English proficiency (essential for international guests)

Minimum 2 years professional enduro touring or off-road activity leadership experience

First Aid Certificate (highly preferred)

Physical fitness and the ability to ride for extended periods in varied terrain

Proven knowledge of off-road safety protocols and best practices

Comfortable lifting and handling equipment (protective gear, helmets, bikes)
