Marketing & communication officer

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communication Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, and social media management, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage the company’s social media strategy across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube

Plan, develop, and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication

Create platform-specific content such as posts, stories, reels, TikTok videos, and short-form video campaigns

Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a strong and competitive online presence

Support broader marketing and communication initiatives as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

3–5 years of relevant professional experience

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills

Experience with analytics, reporting, and campaign performance evaluation

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
