Night Receptionist (Larnaca) FULL TIME OR PART TIME

Hotel in Larnaca is looking for a reliable and professional Night Receptionist to join our front office team

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services: Manage night-time check-ins/check-outs and respond to guest inquiries.

Night Audit: Perform daily closing procedures, reconcile accounts, and run night audit reports.

Safety & Security: Monitor the premises and parking area to ensure guest safety during the night.

Communication: Handle the switchboard, take messages, and coordinate with the morning shift for a smooth handover.

Requirements:

Languages: Fluency in English and Greek is essential. Knowledge OF other languages is a plus.

Skills: Computer literacy

Availability: Ability to work independent night shifts (e.g., 23:00 – 07:00), including weekends and holidays.

Legal: EU passport or a valid Cyprus work permit is mandatory.
