Looking for a proactive, reliable House/Villa Manager based in or near Paphos.

The Role:

Exclusive, full-time management of a private family residence. While this requires your full dedication (no secondary jobs), the actual daily hours are highly flexible and driven by the property's immediate needs.

The Candidate:

We need a true self-starter. Someone who walks through the property, identifies what needs to be fixed or improved, and independently executes the solution.

Responsibilities:

• Complete technical maintenance and oversight of the property.

• Managing and auditing local contractors (cleaners, pool maintenance).

• Full logistical support (errands, airport runs) for the family.

Requirements:

Experience in similar area

Must live near Paphos.

Fluent English or Greek.

Must have a valid driver's license and their own car.
