Transporting customersDrive passengers between locations (airport ↔ rental office).Follow scheduled routes or respond to on-demand pickups.Help passengers get on/off the vehicle safely.2. Customer serviceGreet customers, answer basic questions about the rental process.Give directions or general info about the area Handle complaints calmly and professionally.3. Luggage assistance where applicable 4. Safety and complianceFollow traffic laws and company safety policies.Perform daily vehicle checks (brakes, tires, lights, fuel).Keep the shuttle clean and presentable.5.
