We are a construction company building residential and commercial properties from the ground up. We are looking for skilled, experienced builders to join our team.

What we're looking for (the more skills — the better):

Site preparation & groundwork

— Site clearing and basic earthworks

— Excavation support (working with machinery operators)

— Setting out basics (levels, measurements)

— Drainage and underground services installation

Concrete & structural works

— Formwork (shuttering) installation and dismantling

— Reinforcement (rebar tying and placement)

— Concrete pouring, leveling, curing

— Basic structural understanding (slabs, columns, beams)

Masonry & structural build

— Blockwork and bricklaying

— Mortar mixing and application

— Openings preparation (windows/doors)

— Basic lintel installation

Roofing

— Roof structure assembly (timber/metal)

— Roof covering installation (tiles, sheets, waterproofing layers)

— Insulation basics

Metal works (basic)

— Handling and installation of metal elements

— Basic welding (optional but preferred)

— Installation of steel supports/frames

MEP (basic engineering works)

— Basic plumbing (pipes, drainage, fixtures installation)

— Basic electrical works (cable routing, sockets, switches)

— Assisting HVAC installation (ducts, units)

Interior finishing

— Plastering and skim coating

Requirements:

— Minimum 3 years of experience in construction

— Able to work independently and as part of a team

— Responsible, punctual and quality-focused

— Portfolio or photos of previous work is a plus
