Anastasia Beach Hotel is seeking a RECEPTIONIST to join its Front Office team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional guest service in a welcoming hotel environment.

Duties

• Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out procedures

• Handling reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries professionally

• Providing information about hotel services and local attractions

• Managing payments and maintaining accurate guest records

• Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

• Coordinating with housekeeping and other hotel departments

• Handling guest requests and resolving issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception or customer service will be considered an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)

• Friendly, presentable, and professional personality

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with hotel systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in shifts

• EU citizens only
