We are looking for a talented and results-driven Google Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid and organic presence across Google's ecosystem — including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

→ Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)

→ Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ROI

→ Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and ad creatives for peak performance

→ Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and produce weekly/monthly performance reports

→ Set up and manage conversion tracking, remarketing audiences, and Google Tag Manager

→ Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-converting ad copies and landing pages

→ Execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings on Google Search

→ Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results

→ Stay current with Google algorithm updates, platform changes, and industry best practices

→ Manage Google Business Profile (GMB) for local visibility and reputation management

Requirements & Qualifications

→ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

→ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts with proven results

→ Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Shopping) is strongly preferred

→ Solid understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center

→ Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz

→ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

→ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

→ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
