The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of the department and Head of the Developments Team to achieve goals and contribute to a greater success of the company.Job ResponsibilitiesTo know in depth all the products and services offered by the company to our clients.To know the functionality of all products and systems offered by the company.Knowledge of the techniques and capabilities, and programming limitations of the products.To refresh their knowledge on how to program the company's products.Update on new products - To be informed about the new products and systems offered by the company and refresh their knowledge on the new ways of programmingUpdating the solutions offered by the market - To be informed about market trends, products offered by the competitors, to propose solutions.To report to the Project Engineer and the Head of Developers regarding the progress of their work and any problems arising from the work executionResearch and propose new innovations with the aim of the company developmentHelp Desk Assistance – As and when assigned to assist the support department in programming, settings and technical mattersSupport the Sales & Marketing Department as and when requiredTo undertake the study and investigation of existing possibilities and new products and inform the sales department in detail about its findings and conclusions.
