Position: Audit manager

Salary: €30,000 gross with a review of the performance after 6 months. 13 th Salary.

A chartered accountancy firm based in Paralimni, with 30 years of

experience in offering all-rounded in-house services. Providing accountancy, tax, and

business advisory services to provide advice throughout the life cycle of our clients. Low

working hours with family environment where you can learn and flourish.

We are looking for an audit manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get

a lot of responsibility and exposure into a portfolio of clients. If you want to work in a

friendly environment and settle for long term, then this position is for you.

Working Hours: 8:00 – 16:00 no overtime

The role

- Delivery of audits including the planning, execution and reporting of individual

audits. Variety of clients, from small farmers, local supermarkets, self-employed,

to international corporations.

- Mentoring and development to junior staff, including on the job feedback and

training

- Ensure standards and procedures are maintained

- Drafting audit opinions and other reporting documents

- Ensuring clients are billed according to agreed billed plans

- Business development including working with other colleagues

- Be a point of contact for clients throughout the year

- Assisting with ad hoc queries and advisory work

- Delivering an excellent client service

Key Accountabilities

- Strong experience in working with practice and have exposure to the essential

elements of client service and delivery.

- Accountancy qualification such as ACA or ACCA

- 2 years post qualification experience

- Prior experience of working as an audit assistant manager or audit manager

- Excellent skills in using Microsoft office and Caseware

- People skills since you will be a key point of contact for clients during the year

- Experience in delivery of a portfolio of audit work across a range of activities

covering key risk areas including strategic, financial, operational and IT

- Experience in leading assignment audit teams

- Expert knowledge of English language written and verbal

- Third language Russian, Spanish, German is a plus.
