Vrissiana Beach Hotel is seeking an experienced COOK to join its Kitchen team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong culinary background who are passionate about food preparation, quality standards, and delivering exceptional dining experiences in a beachfront hotel environment.

Duties

• Preparing and cooking meals according to hotel recipes and standards

• Assisting in food preparation and kitchen setup

• Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

• Following food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control

• Proper storage and labeling of food items

• Collaborating with kitchen and service teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Good communication skills
