Job Title: Aftersales Officer

Luma Developers is seeking an organized and client-focused Aftersales Officer to join our team in Paphos. This is a full-time, on-site role for a mid-level professional with experience in client handling, operations, property management, service coordination, or structured follow-up processes.

About the Role

As an Aftersales Officer, you will support clients after the sale, coordinate handovers, track requests, and ensure post-sale matters are handled professionally and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication & After-Sale Support

• Act as a main contact point for clients after the sale

• Handle client questions, requests, and concerns professionally

• Provide updates on progress, timelines, handovers, and pending matters

- Handover Coordination

• Coordinate property handovers with clients and internal teams

• Prepare and maintain handover documents and confirmations

• Arrange appointments and ensure handover steps are completed

- Snagging, Defects & Warranty Follow-Up

• Record and follow up on snagging, defects, warranty items, and complaints

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams

• Track issue completion, photos, confirmations, and client sign-offs

- CRM & Request Tracking

• Maintain accurate CRM records for requests, deadlines, and status updates

• Monitor open tasks and follow up until completion

• Prepare concise updates for management

- Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with sales, administration, construction, and management

• Follow up internally on agreed actions and timelines

• Escalate urgent or delayed matters when needed

- Documentation & Administrative Support

• Keep organized client, unit, request, and handover files

• Assist with client forms, and post-sale documentation

• Support aftersales checklists, templates, and procedures

Requirements & Skills

- Education & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, or related field

• 3-5 years experience in operations, client service, property management, coordination, or similar

• Direct aftersales experience is advantageous but not mandatory

• Real estate, property development, construction, or property management experience is a strong advantage

- Technical Skills

• High level of computer literacy

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office

• CRM or task-management experience

• Strong record-keeping and follow-up ability

- Languages

• Excellent English is mandatory, written and spoken

• Greek or any additional language will be considered an advantage

- Availability

• Full-time availability is required

• The position is on-site and based in Paphos
