What you’ll do:

• Develop and automate management reporting systems;

• Analyze, improve, and optimize business processes by identifying growth opportunities and proposing solutions;

• Gather, formalize, and prioritize business requirements, and support initiatives through implementation;

• Independently drive projects and initiatives with regular alignment and reporting to the manager.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Russian language proficiency

• Experience in end-to-end process analysis and optimization;

• Hands-on experience with BPMN/UML and process modeling tools;

• Strong data skills: Excel / Google Sheets and SQL (queries, joins);

• Understanding of analytical reporting and business metrics (KPI, SLA, etc.);

• Ability to structure, visualize, and translate data into insights and recommendations (as-is → to-be);

• Experience with Youtrack (or similar task-tracking tools), Confluence, Notion, Miro, Draw.io, Visio, Power BI, Tableau.
