Movato Cyprus is looking for an Office Manager to join our team 👩🏼💻
📍 Limassol
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office;
• Receiving and handing over parcels to customers;
• Assisting and consulting clients visiting our office;
• Providing information about the company’s services and offerings;
• Communicating with clients via phone calls and WhatsApp.
Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people;
• Friendly, organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high level of customer service;
• Fluency in both English and Russian is required;
• Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage;
• Valid work permit is required.
Employment Conditions:
• Official employment contract;
• Salary: €1,500 per month;
• Work in a modern office with a friendly and supportive team.
Working Schedule:
Shift-based schedule:
• 08:00–14:00 or 14:00–20:00, Monday to Friday;
• Saturdays are shared between two employees on a rotating basis;
• 09:00–13:00 (approximately two working Saturdays per month).
