Create, curate, and manage all published content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.Create and manage social media marketing campaigns, promotions, and paid social ads, ensuring they align with the company's overall commercial goals.Create and oversee essential digital designs (e.g., social media graphics, website banners, video thumbnails, ad layouts, and blog visuals).Design, write, and manage engaging email marketing campaigns for our subscriber base.Develop and expand community engagement and spearhead local influencer outreach efforts.Monitor and analyse key social media metrics, tweaking execution tactics as needed to optimize performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field would be considered an advantage.Ability to edit and produce engaging, high-quality short-form video content tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube (using software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).A good sense for aesthetics, with the ability to capture clean photos, lighting, and vibrant colour schemes that align with our brand identity.Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop).
