My name is Dora and i am Experienced host. We are renting 2 rooms in our home for 400 euro each + 20 euro common expences like toilet paper, trash municipality fees, hand & dish soap etc. The rent price includes water and internet. Electricity is extra. Minimum signed contruct for 5 months. 1 month deposit in advance required to book the room.

We offer to the students a safe and comfortable environment and privacy. We had students from Italy, Russia, Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Greece, France, Spain, Portugal and even Japan.

It's 2 cute comfortable rooms within our charming three-bedroom home, complete with a garden. All rooms have ac units for the hot and cold Cyprus weather. The house features a spacious bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Our household consists of myself, (i am a local Cypriot graphic designer and artist ) my husband ( he is a copywritter from Greece) and a 3 beloved cats.
