Business Development Partner – Residential Land Development Project (Limassol)

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development / Sales Partner to join us in launching and developing an exclusive residential land development project in Agia Fyla, Limassol.

Our company is currently completing the planning approval process for a development consisting of 10 residential plots in one of Limassol's most desirable residential areas.

This is not a standard salaried position. We are looking for a long-term partner who wants to play an active role in the commercial development of the project and future developments in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the sales strategy.

- Promote the project to local and international buyers.

- Build relationships with real estate agencies and business partners.

- Generate leads and manage negotiations with potential clients.

- Assist with project marketing and positioning.

- Help establish long-term sales channels for future projects.

Requirements
