Affiliate Manager / Outreach Manager Wanted – Remote or Hybrid in NicosiaWe are looking for an Affiliate Manager / Outreach Manager to support a Dating / Entertainment.The position can be remote or hybrid in Nicosia, Cyprus.The main focus of this role is to help us build visibility, find traffic partners, and contact potential affiliates, publishers, websites, and online communities.Your main tasks:* Research and contact affiliate networks* Contact relevant websites, publishers, traffic sources, and media partners* Reach out to Telegram groups and online communities* Identify new advertising and traffic opportunities* Contact website owners and negotiate possible cooperation* Support our team in finding new affiliate and traffic partners* Work with internal traffic analysis to identify where similar platforms receive traffic from* Follow up with potential partners and keep communication structuredWhat we are looking for:* Experience in affiliate marketing, outreach, traffic partnerships, or online marketing is a plus* Good English communication skills* Comfortable contacting people by email, Telegram, and other online channels* Organized, reliable, and able to follow up properly* Basic understanding of affiliate networks, online advertising, traffic sources, or digital platforms* Experience in dating, adult, creator platforms, entertainment, or traffic business is a strong advantage, but not required* Based in Cyprus / Nicosia is a plus, but not requiredWhat we offer:- Remote or hybrid work in Nicosia- International online business environment- Clear tasks and structured workflow- Long-term cooperation possible- Performance-based bonus possible depending on resultsThis role is suitable for someone who enjoys research, outreach, communication, and building business relationships.If you are interested, please send a short message with your experience, availability, location, and expected monthly compensation.
