Vehicle Operations Technician – Paralimni Area

About the Role

RideNow Car Rental LTD is seeking a reliable and hands-on Vehicle Operations Technician to support our fleet operations in the Paralimni area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that company vehicles are clean, fueled, well-presented, and ready for customers at all times. This role combines vehicle care, basic technical support, and operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections of company vehicles.

Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles to company standards.

Refuel vehicles when required.

Deliver and collect vehicles from designated locations.

Check vehicle condition and report any damages, faults, or maintenance requirements.

Assist customers with vehicle-related issues when necessary.

Perform basic troubleshooting and minor vehicle-related tasks.

Coordinate with the Fleet Management team regarding vehicle availability and operational needs.

Monitor vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall readiness.

Assist with the installation or replacement of vehicle accessories and equipment when required.

Support emergency vehicle recoveries and roadside assistance operations when necessary.

Ensure all company procedures and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

Valid Cyprus Driving Licence (Category B).

Good knowledge of the Paralimni.

Basic mechanical or technical knowledge of vehicles is considered an advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.

Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.

Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and navigation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in car rental, fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or similar roles.

Experience with vehicle inspections and customer service.

Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
