Vehicle operations technician

A valid work permit for Cyprus is requiredWe are looking for an organized and technically competent specialist who will coordinate contractors’ work at properties, monitor the quality and timely completion of technical and repair works, and ensure effective interaction among all participants involved in the processes.- Coordination and supervision of contractors’ work at properties (electricians, plumbers, mechanics, handymen, and other technical specialists)- Coordination and supervision of repair, service, and technical works at residential and commercial properties- Monitoring the quality and deadlines of work performed by contracting organizations- Conducting regular property inspections and identifying technical malfunctions- Interaction with management companies, service providers, and contractors- Monitoring compliance with technical standards and safety requirements- Participation in planning preventive maintenance and repair works- Coordination of procurement of necessary materials and equipment- Maintaining reports on completed works and property statuses- Prompt resolution of technical, organizational, and emergency situations at properties- Monitoring the timely elimination of comments and defects- Maintaining effective communication between contractors, tenants, and the company’s internal departmentsRequirements:- Higher engineering education- At least 5 years of experience in real estate operations, maintenance/facility management, construction, technical coordination, or technical supervision- Experience in interacting with and coordinating contractors- Understanding of building engineering systems (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, mechanical systems, etc.)- Ability to read technical documentation and navigate drawings- Experience in performing administrative tasks, including report preparation, document management, and monitoring the status of work completion- Skills in preparing technical and operational reports- Attention to documentation and the ability to systematically manage administrative processes- Organizational skills, a systematic approach, and the ability to prioritize- Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships with contractors and colleagues- Ability to respond promptly to emerging technical issues- Proficient user of MS Office- Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Greek will be an advantageWorking Conditions:- Competitive salary based on interview results- Relocation support- Annual performance-based bonus- Corporate breakfasts and lunches- Corporate events for employees and family members- Opportunity for specialized training and professional development- 4 additional days off per year

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare rental agreements while advising customers on vehicles and optional extras tailored to their needs. Promote additional products and services on a commission basis. Deliver excellent customer service in every customer interaction. Meet defined sales and service standards. Complete administrative tasks, including daily fuel and cash book reporting, to support branch operations. Communicate with customers via telephone and email in a professional and helpful manner. Assist with the return and turnaround of vehicles as required. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Your Profile for Success: Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage. Valid driver’s license for manual and automatic vehicles with a clean driving record with a minimum of one year driving experience. Experience in meeting sales targets or working in commission-based roles will be considered an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Capable of handling challenging situations while maintaining high-quality. customer service standards. Willingness to work 6 days per week on shifts from Monday to Sunday. Willingness to wear company uniform. Site Coordinator – Limassol The Site Coordinator supports the daily organization of construction activities, assisting with communication between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and management. The role helps ensure projects progress efficiently and according to schedule. Requirements: * Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). * Valid driving license. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field will be considered an advantage. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
