In the house there are 3 Air conditions, a big screen Sony TV, Electric oven, and brand new Washing machine and Refrigerator.
There is a free WiFi, and also the Water and garbage is free. You only share the electric bill every 2 months with the young couple.
At a distance of 100 meters, there is a bus stop.
There are a lot of shops nearby, including Pharmacies, mini markets, coffee shops, restaurants, etc
