General maintenance technician

General Maintenance Technician – Limassol

We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Limassol.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all facilities remain in good condition.

Responsibilities

* Perform general maintenance and minor repair works.

* Carry out basic plumbing and electrical repairs.

* Replace light fittings, switches, sockets, taps, locks, and other fixtures.

* Assemble furniture and install shelves, mirrors, TVs, and accessories.

* Perform painting, silicone application, and basic finishing works.

* Report maintenance issues and complete assigned tasks on time.

* Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

* Work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements

* Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role.

* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair works.

* Good problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Valid Cyprus driving licence.

* Basic English communication skills.
