Head chef / production chef
Salary from €3000 Dine Nation is a Limassol-based B2B catering company. We cook breakfasts and lunches for office teams — with the care of homemade food, the discipline of production, and the standards of a modern food brand. Our kitchen follows established food safety and quality procedures, and the company holds ISO certification. We’re looking for a strong Head Chef to lead our kitchen and keep the standards our partners rely on every day. About the role You will lead the kitchen and take responsibility for the food that leaves it: taste, appearance, portion size, consistency, safety, and overall quality. We need a chef who can combine creativity and structure — someone who can create menus, understand seasonality, work with Mediterranean and European food, and confidently cook Slavic dishes when needed. This person should also be comfortable leading a professional kitchen team, keeping processes clear, working with customer feedback, and maintaining the standards of a modern production kitchen. Key responsibilities ● Manage daily breakfast and lunch production for office clients. ● Create menus with seasonality, variety, and production logic in mind. ● Create and maintain recipe cards. ● Control taste, weight, appearance, portioning, and final output. ● Keep the kitchen structured, disciplined, clean, and calm under pressure. ● Lead, coordinate, and support the kitchen team. ● Work according to hygiene, storage, HACCP, and ISO-based standards. ● Coordinate with the supplier manager on product needs and kitchen planning. ● Use internal digital systems and computer-based records as part of daily kitchen work. Key requirements ● At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef. ● Experience in catering, dark kitchen, delivery, production kitchen, or a similar format. ● Ability to create and maintain recipe cards. ● Comfortable working with digital tools, internal kitchen systems, and computer-based records. ● Understanding of allergens, ingredients, and nutritional calculations. ● Knowledge of hygiene, storage, HACCP and/or ISO-based standards. ● Languages: Fluent Russian and English (B1 or higher) are required. ● Ability to lead, explain, control, and take responsibility. A strong sous-chef background is valuable, but for this role we need someone who has already carried full responsibility for a kitchen. What we offer ● Permanent Head Chef position with an official employment contract. ● Salary from €3000, depending on experience and interview results. ● Flexible bonus system based on clear performance results. ● Work schedule: 6/1 (working day starts at 6:00). ● Two-month probation period. ● Work visa support for eligible candidates.
