6x3 m cabin. Built Mid 2022 so only 4 years old and in very good condition! The cabin has only been used as storage for personal items whilst renovating my property.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (from the company that made it). A PREFABRICATED CABIN 6x3:
* Steel Framing: The skeleton of the module is entirely made of galvanised materials.
* Walls: The walls are made of thermal insulation panels 50mm thick.
* Roof: Flat roof made of thermal insulation panels 50mm thick, drainage in all 4 corners.
* Floor: Manufactured by purlins 15cm thick, where on top is placed trapezoidal sheet M 35 for further strengthening, and to protect the green plywood boards 18mm thick, from moisture. The coating of the floor is made with a special plastic laminate oak wood floor effect.
* Windows: Aluminum doors and window with double glass with sliding fly screen mesh. (One balcony window 2x2m with lock, and one window 1x1m)
* Electrical installation: The electrical installation includes a main switch/ circuit breaker, 3 double sockets, 2x fluorescent lights, and an electrical provision for Air Conditioning.
Purchaser must arrange for collection.
