A cosy 3-bedroom apartment for rent in residential building called Krenia & Elita Mansions located at Panou Mesi street in Agios Nektarios area in Limassol. Just 2 km distance to the beach. In the very center of the city, close to all amenities.

The building was constructed in 2010 by Askanis Group, developers known for their excellent quality. The administration committee is very proactive and monitors the implementation of all necessary works and the order in the building. The building has its own fenced area with a garden.

The apartment is located on the second floor. The building is equipped with a modern elevator. The apartment features three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room separated from the kitchen, one bathroom with a bathtub and one bathroom with a shower cabin.
