Job Description:Night Shift Receptionist – 4-Star HotelA reputable 4-star hotel is looking for a friendly and reliable Night Shift Receptionist to join its front-office team.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests during the night shift.Handle check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries.Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests.Manage reservations and update hotel records.Complete basic night-shift reports and administrative duties.Ensure the reception area remains professional and organised.RequirementsPrevious hotel or reception experience is not required but will be considered an advantage.Good command of English is essential.Friendly, polite and professional personality.Reliable, responsible and punctual.Good communication and customer-service skills.Comfortable working independently during night hours.Working hours: 23:00–07:00.Salary: 1,300–1,500 per month, depending on experience.
