Well known company in Larnaca in the tourist industry.
The role - Principal Responsibilities
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded
• Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
• Review requests and advise of potential over-expenditures or misappropriation
• Assisting and supporting with the reconciliation of payment transactions, whilst dealing with queries swiftly and effectively.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company’s software.
• Providing general administrative and accountancy support.
• Perform other related duties as required

• Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
Qualifications / requirements
Appropriate qualifications e.g. LCCI or relevant college/university degree
Prior work experience shall be considered as an advantage
Excellent command of Greek and English language (both verbal and written)
Remuneration:
18,500 - 24,000
