To strengthen our team at the head office in Larnaca, we are looking for an

Office Administrator (m/f/d) full-time

Your responsibilities

General office organisation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Reception and client support (in person, by phone and by email)

Appointment scheduling and coordination (internal as well as with authorities and clients)

Mail, document and file management (digital and physical)

Support with administrative processes related to company formations, accounting and official procedures

Ordering and managing office supplies

Assisting the team with organisational and administrative tasks

Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems

Your profile

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification

Several years of experience in office organisation / as an Office Administrator, ideally in a law firm, tax consultancy or consulting environment

Excellent English language skills (fluent spoken and written) – mandatory

Good German language skills and knowledge of Greek is an advantage

Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally digital document management systems

Strong organisational skills, reliability and discretion

Friendly and professional demeanour as well as team spirit

Initiative and the ability to stay organised even in busy periods
