Office Space Availability – From 1 September. Contact

From 1 September, three private offices will be available within our professional business premises under a 12-month Use of Space Agreement and option to extend. The offices are located in a central and highly convenient area of Larnaca, near the Alfa Mega supermarket, with plenty of parking availability for both clients and professionals.

The premises have been fully renovated to a very high specification, including brand new flooring, lighting and carpentry throughout, modern bathrooms, high-quality furniture, new blinds, and brand new appliances. The offices are presented in an excellent, contemporary condition, offering a professional and high-end working environment ready for immediate occupation.

The available spaces comprise:

• One private office suitable for up to two professionals from the same company sharing the office; and

• Two private offices, each suitable for one professional.

The office spaces are provided on an exclusive-use basis for the authorised individual(s) named in the agreement. Occupants will enjoy 24/7 access to the premises with their own keys and may use the office at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the Use of Space Agreement.

The monthly fee also includes the use of the conference room for up to two hours per day, subject to prior booking and availability, for client meetings and other business purposes.

The proposed fees are as follows:

• €650 + VAT per month for each private office accommodating one named professional each.

The Use of Space Agreement will specify the authorised user(s), the designated office space, the reservation period and the applicable terms of use.

In addition to the monthly fee, occupants will be responsible for their proportionate share of the operating expenses of the premises, which will be invoiced monthly as incurred. Based on current operating costs, these expenses are estimated at approximately €120 per office per month including water rates, electricity, internet, cleaning and communal, although the actual amount may vary depending on usage and the costs incurred.
