The villa’s well-chosen position nestled in the foothills of the Skoulli mountains enjoys stunning views across valleys and rolling hills abundant with fruit orchards and citrus groves. The village of Skoulli has its own well stocked supermarket, taverna and traditional coffeeshop.

The first of the bedrooms is found on the ground floor, this is a twin bedded room with an adjacent shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor where the remaining three bedrooms are located. The spacious master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. The two remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms each with en-suite shower facilities. The master double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and beautiful surrounding countryside.

Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning for either cooling or heating. The villa also has the luxury of central heating for the winter months.

Outside the impressive freeform heated infinity swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 13m. Walk in steps allow easy entrance to the cooling waters and two water massage beds entice you to soothe weary muscles.

A table and chairs set under a shady pergola invite you to enjoy summer dining al fresco making full use of the traditional Cypriot BBQ provided. The carefully tended gardens and lawned areas are bursting with color and fragrance and the villa grounds are completed with an orangery!

There are also new solar panels installed.
