Experienced pizza chef / pizzaiolo

We are planning to open a brand-new pizzeria in Larnaca, Cyprus, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to join our team from the very beginning.

This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of a new restaurant concept and help build a successful business from day one.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo in a professional restaurant or pizzeria.

Experience in preparing pizza dough, fermentation, baking, food preparation, and food hygiene.

Experience with daily restaurant operations and kitchen organization.

Experience opening a new restaurant or helping establish restaurant operations is considered a strong advantage.

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Fluent Greek is required.

Good English is a must.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A valid work permit for Cyprus is mandatory. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality pizzas and maintain consistent food quality.

Assist in developing recipes, workflows, and kitchen procedures.

Help organize the kitchen before the restaurant opening.

Assist with selecting ingredients, suppliers, and kitchen equipment when required.

Help establish efficient daily routines and maintain high hygiene standards.

Work closely with the owner during the launch of the business.
