Workshop manager / senior technician

Our client is a Cyprus-registered company with a showroom in Nicosia, and they’re looking to hire employees with experience in the automotive industry, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of e-scooters, petrol scooters, AC/DC chargers, and electric vehicles.The Automotive Sales Manager will lead a multi-brand sales team focused on EV cars, BEV & ICE scooters and battery charging systems. This role involves achieving revenue goals, driving team performance, managing inventory, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth:Develop and execute sales strategies for EVs, scooters, and charging solutions.Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, gross profit, units sold, etc.Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.Align inventory levels with sales targets and customer demand.Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.Set goals, manage performance, and create incentive programs.Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions.Customer Relationship Management:Oversee a client-first sales approach from inquiry to delivery.Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain satisfaction.Foster long-term relationships with clients and business partners.Operations & Compliance:Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.Collaborate across departments (finance, service, marketing).Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.RequirementsBachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.5+ years in automotive sales; 2+ in management.Experience in EV and traditional vehicle sales is a plus.Knowledge of digital sales channels and CRM platforms.Skills:Strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills.Deep understanding of auto financing, leasing, and inventory control.Compensation & Benefits:Base salary + attractive commissionVehicle/service discountsGrowth opportunities within a growing dealership
