Comitela LTD is looking for a Project Manager in construction We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of construction and renovation projects in Cyprus - from planning to handover to the customer. In this varied, field-based role, you’ll take ownership of: • Installing and assembling a wide range of fitness equipment (cardio and strength machines) across commercial and residential sites • Servicing and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and user safety • Diagnosing and repairing faults during reactive callouts or scheduled visits • Delivering exceptional customer service • Managing your schedule and equipment effectively to meet daily targets What You’ll Need • Mechanical and/or electrical repair or installation experience (fitness equipment experience is desirable but not essential) • A problem-solving mindset and a high standard of workmanship • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, agile team • Physically fit and capable of lifting and installing heavy equipment • Comfortable with technology (job reporting, diagnostics, etc.) • Full driving licence • To be within an hour travel of the office Full training will be provided for the right candidate and ongoing technical support. Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements.Supervise electrical installation works on site.Ensure compliance with approved designs, local regulations and safety standards.Coordinate electrical works with architects, engineers and contractors.Check materials and equipment before installation.Monitor work quality, progress and deadlines.Inspect power, lighting, earthing, fire alarm and low-current systems.Resolve technical issues and review proposed design changes.Conduct and document testing and commissioning.Verify completed works and contractors’ payment applications.Prepare site reports, inspection records and as-built documentation.Support final inspections, handover and defect rectification.knowledge of Russian and English is welcome
