Our client is one of Limassol’s most active residential real estate developers, with 20+ projects underway across multiple SPVs and a team of 35 across Commercial, Finance, Technical, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care. The RoleThis is a hands-on in-house legal position embedded within the Legal & Operations function. The successful candidate will work directly alongside the Head of Legal & Operations, taking ownership of legal execution across active transactions and corporate matters, and supporting the team in closing the gap between legal, operations, and finance.Guidance and mentorship are provided by the Head of Legal & Operations, this is a collaborative working relationship built on shared ownership of outcomes, not a hierarchical one.
