Key Responsibilities · Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. · Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. · Present ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and related products professionally. · Prepare quotations and sales orders. · Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders. · Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers. · Achieve agreed monthly sales targets. · Maintain an attractive and well-organized showroom. · Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams regarding product availability and customer orders. · Handle customer questions and complaints professionally. · Keep accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations and sales activities. · Availability to work 6 days per week (40 hours weekly).
