About the ProjectWe are launching a new healthy takeaway food concept in Cyprus, offering fresh, convenient, and nutritious meals, snacks, and breakfast options.Our menu includes:Granola and yogurtChia puddingsWrapsQuesadillasSandwichesSmoothiesHealthy snacksHomemade dessertsWe are looking for a reliable and motivated Cook to join us at the beginning of the project and help build an efficient, organized, and enjoyable kitchen operation.What You Will DoPrepare ingredients and menu items according to our recipes and standards.Cook and assemble meals and prepare products in advance for the day's service.Make smoothies and prepare cold food items.Prepare snacks and desserts.Portion and package products consistently.Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.Prepare takeaway and delivery orders and check them before they leave the kitchen.Pack Wolt orders correctly and efficiently for delivery.Use the cash register/POS to enter customer orders when needed.Work with the Wolt order system.Monitor basic ingredient and packaging levels.Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.Full Training ProvidedYou do not need to know our recipes, the Wolt system, or the POS before starting.We will provide training on:Our menu and recipesFood preparation methodsPackaging proceduresThe Wolt order systemThe POS/cash registerDaily kitchen workflowWhat We Are Looking ForEssentialPrevious experience in a kitchen, café, takeaway, catering, or similar food environment.Basic cooking and food preparation skills.Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.Ability to work independently.Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately.Reliability and punctuality.An Advantage, but Not RequiredExperience with Wolt or other delivery platforms.Experience using a POS or cash register.Experience with healthy food, meal preparation, or café/takeaway concepts.Experience preparing vegetarian or vegan food.Food safety training or certification.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.The Type of Person We WantWe are looking for someone who is practical, energetic, responsible, and motivated.You do not need to be a professional chef.
