Η Manpower Cyprus, εκ μέρους πελάτη της, δικηγορικού γραφείου με έδρα τη Λεμεσό, επιθυμεί να προσλάβει κατάλληλο άτομο για τη θέση Στενογράφου του Διευθύνοντος Συμβούλου. Καθήκοντα και Ευθύνες• Οργάνωση και διαχείριση του ημερήσιου προγράμματος του Διευθύνοντος Συμβούλου• Συντονισμός συναντήσεων, δικαστικών παρουσιών, επαγγελματικών υποχρεώσεων και προσωπικών ραντεβού• Διαχείριση εισερχόμενης και εξερχόμενης αλληλογραφίας, τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και ηλεκτρονικών μηνυμάτων• Σύνταξη, στενογράφηση και αποστολή επαγγελματικής αλληλογραφίας προς πελάτες και συνεργάτες• Οργάνωση επαγγελματικών συναντήσεων, εταιρικών δείπνων και λοιπών εκδηλώσεων• Διαχείριση εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών με απόλυτη εχεμύθεια και επαγγελματισμό• Παροχή γενικής διοικητικής υποστήριξης και εκτέλεση άλλων καθηκόντων κατόπιν οδηγιών του Διευθύνοντος Συμβούλου Απαραίτητα Προσόντα• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή/και σε δικηγορικό γραφείο θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα• Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας, γραπτά και προφορικά• Γνώση της Ρωσικής γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα• Πολύ καλή γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και εφαρμογών Microsoft Office• Ικανότητες οργάνωσης, επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης χρόνου• Επαγγελματική παρουσία, αξιοπιστία και εχεμύθεια• Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και τήρησης προθεσμιών Ωράριο ΕργασίαςΔευτέρα – Παρασκευή: 08:30 – 17:00 (συμπεριλαμβανομένου διαλείμματος 30 λεπτών)
