This is a role for an engineer who cares as deeply about automation, cloud infrastructure, security, and system reliability as they do about the quality and efficiency of every deployment.You’ll play a critical role in designing, optimising, and maintaining high-performance infrastructure that underpins intelligent, data-driven trading at scale. You’ll help build robust CI/CD pipelines, improve system observability and reliability, and ensure infrastructure can scale securely and efficiently as the business grows.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, manage, and improve AWS production and staging environments.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.⁠Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform/ Infrastructure as Code.⁠Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.⁠Manage Kubernetes application deployments⁠Implement and maintain GitOps workflows⁠Implement monitoring, centralized logging, metrics, and alerting.⁠Design and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.⁠Manage cloud networking, DNS, load balancing, certificates, secrets, and access controls.⁠Improve infrastructure security, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.⁠Support production incidents, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation.⁠Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational processes.⁠Work closely with development teams to ensure applications are deployed and operated reliably.⁠Contribute to cloud architecture and infrastructure standards.Requirements5+ years of DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Cloud Engineering experience.Strong hands-on experience with AWS.⁠Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.⁠Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.⁠Experience with Kubernetes deployment management.⁠Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.⁠Experience with GitOps practices⁠Strong Linux administration skills.⁠Strong understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, TLS/SSL, and cloud networking.⁠Experience implementing monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting.⁠Scripting and automation experience using Python or similar⁠Strong understanding of AWS IAM, secrets management, security, backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.⁠Strong troubleshooting and production incident-management skills.
