FXONE is expanding its team. 📈We’re looking for a Hebrew and English-speaking Trading Analyst / Client Retention Agent to work remotely with our international trading community.This role is ideal for someone who genuinely understands trading but is also great with people.What you’ll do:• Support and maintain relationships with existing FXONE members• Follow up with traders and help keep members active and engaged• Identify inactive members and understand where they need help• Assist members with trading-related questions and platforms• Provide market insights and analysis, primarily on Gold / XAUUSD• Help members improve risk management, discipline and trading routines• Work with MT5, TradingView, CRM systems and Telegram• Communicate closely with our sales, support and trading teamsWhat we’re looking for:• Fluent Hebrew and strong English - required• Real trading knowledge and experience - required• Strong understanding of Forex / Gold / CFDs• Familiarity with MT5 and TradingView• Excellent communication and people skills• Responsible, organized and highly available during working hours• Comfortable managing and following up with multiple clientsExperience in brokerage, IB, retention, customer success or financial sales is a major advantage.🌍 100% Remote📈 Growing international trading community🤝 Long-term opportunity for the right personWe’re looking for someone who understands both markets and people and wants to grow with FXONE.To apply, send us a short introduction including your trading experience, previous work experience, what markets you trade, and your current availability.
