We pride ourselves on high-quality vacation experiences with German reliability and attention to detail.Role OverviewYou are responsible for the sparkle and shine of our luxury villas. Your work ensures every guest walks into a perfectly clean, welcoming home that meets 5-star hygiene and presentation standards.Key Responsibilities• Turnover cleaning: deep cleaning villas and apartments between guest stays (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors).• Mid-stay services: refresh cleanings during longer guest stays.• Perfect presentation: making beds neatly, arranging amenities, and finishing details.• Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the team.Your Profile• You have experience in cleaning (hospitality or luxury properties is a plus).• You are detail-oriented and maintain very high standards.• You are reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.• You have your own transport to reach the villas in Chloraka.• You have valid papers / a work permit for Cyprus.• You speak good English.What We Offer• €1,200 gross/month (full-time) with a clear, transparent bonus structure (Sundays, public holidays, and on-call hours).• Leave: 24 days annual leave + 5 days paid sick leave.• Work in a fast-growing company under professional German management.• Friendly, supportive team environment.
