Η Manpower, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, ενός από τα μεγαλύτερα διεθνή καταστήματα λιανικής στην Ευρώπη, αναζητά Sales Store Manager στη Λεμεσό. Ο/Η Assistant Store Manager θα υποστηρίζει τη διασφάλιση της ομαλής καθημερινής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος, την εφαρμογή των εταιρικών προτύπων και την επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Καθήκοντα Υποψηφίου/ας: • Επιτυγχάνει και υπερβαίνει τους στόχους πωλήσεων, προσελκύοντας νέους πελάτες και παρέχοντας άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. • Παρακολουθεί την απόδοση των πωλήσεων και τα επίπεδα αποθέματος του καταστήματος. • Είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον προγραμματισμό του προσωπικού και τον συντονισμό των ωρών εργασίας, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η ομαλή λειτουργία του καταστήματος. • Εξασφαλίζει υψηλά πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και επιλύει λειτουργικά ζητήματα. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: • 2–4 χρόνια εμπειρίας στη λιανική, ιδανικά σε θέση Supervisor ή Assistant Store Manager. • Ικανότητες οργάνωσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων. • Καλή επικοινωνία και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες. • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα παρακίνησης προσωπικού. • Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. • Ενδιαφέρον ή γνώση σε τεχνολογία και/ή κατηγορίες προϊόντων πολιτισμού. • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).
