We make ECU tuning software for agricultural and construction machinery - tractors, harvesters, excavators, wheel loaders and similar. We're part of a group that develops specialised ECU software, and we're looking for a salesperson to grow this side of the business. Most of our customers are in the Americas, so you'll be selling internationally from our Larnaca office.What you'll actually do • Sell our ECU tuning software to Farmers, contractors, dealers, independent workshops, tuners, and fleet operators • Build a pipeline - find prospects, make contact, follow up, close - all remotely • Understand what the customer needs (more torque, better fuel economy, fewer downtimes, etc.) and match it to our product • Demo the software and explain the value clearly, no jargon • Look after existing accounts and keep them coming back • Feed customer feedback back to the dev team • Report on sales activity and resultsWhat we're looking for • Sales experience, ideally in automotive, agricultural, or construction equipment - or a strong track record selling technical products • You can talk to a workshop owner and a fleet manager in the same afternoon and make sense to both • Comfortable selling remotely - phone, video calls, email - across time zones (Americas) • Basic understanding of engines, ECUs, or vehicle electronics is a real plus (we'll train the rest) • Self-driven, organised, and honest about your pipeline • English is a must - any other language is a bonusWhat's in it for you • A real product in a niche with far less competition than general automotive tuning • Base salary of 1.300€ plus commission - your results directly determine your earnings • Room to grow: this is your sales channel, and you'd be building it - a good foundation exists • Backing of an established group with engineering depth behind the softwareApplySend your CV and a short note about your sales background and why you would like this position.
