. Plan and coordinate scaffolding erection and dismantling works.. Organize teams, materials, equipment, and transportation.. Coordinate with clients, contractors, site managers, and workers.. Conduct site visits and assess scaffolding requirements.. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.. Check measurements and quantities for invoicing.. Resolve site issues and coordinate any required changes.. Ensure projects are completed properly and on time.. Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of scaffolding materials, equipment, and other construction items between the company yard, warehouse, and project sites. . Assists with loading, unloading, and proper handling of materials.

. Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.. Follow scaffolding plans, instructions, and site requirements.. Inspect scaffolding components before and during use.. Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, stable, and correctly assembled.. Load, unload, and safely handle scaffolding materials.. Work at height while following all required safety procedures.. Maintain good housekeeping and keep the work area organized.. Report damaged or missing scaffolding components to the supervisor.. Follow company health and safety policies and site regulations.. Work cooperatively with other scaffolders, supervisors, and construction teams.. Assist with transporting and organizing materials when required.All members must have legal papers to work.
