The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of warehouse and logistics activities, including inventory management, order preparation, and the safe and timely delivery of equipment to customers. Key Responsibilities • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. • Load, unload, and deliver equipment safely and on time. • Prepare and process incoming and outgoing shipments. • Update goods receipts and inventory records in the ERP system. • Conduct stock checks and support inventory accuracy. • Prepare delivery and shipping documentation. • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of equipment. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role will be considered an advantage. • Forklift licence will be considered an advantage. • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be considered an advantage. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and strong customer service skills. • Ability to lift and move heavy items when required. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of goods. Working under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Assistant will help ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving deliveries from suppliers and preparing and delivering customer orders, primarily within the Nicosia area. Key Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and store goods in the warehouse in accordance with health and safety procedures. • Load and unload merchandise. • Monitor incoming orders from suppliers and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. • Plan deliveries based on product availability and customer requirements. • Prepare shipping and delivery documentation accurately and on time. • Ensure the timely delivery of customer orders. • Assist with periodic stock-taking activities conducted four times per year. • Support the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse on a daily basis. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. • At least two years of previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or similar role. • Valid forklift licence and relevant operating experience will be considered an advantage. • Previous experience in an IT or technology-related warehouse environment will be considered an advantage. • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be considered an advantage. • Good command of the English and Greek language. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
