We specialise in providing the B2B Tourism community customised and flexible solutions to enable sustainable growth in this ever-changing industry as a reliable partner around the world.The role - Principal ResponsibilitiesEnsure invoices are issued accurately and timelyPosting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recordedMonitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actionsReview requests and advise of potential over-expenditures or misappropriationAssisting and supporting with the reconciliation of payment transactions, whilst dealing with queries swiftly and effectively.Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company’s software.Providing general administrative and accountancy support.Perform other related duties as requiredSkills, Competencies & QualitiesGood organization, time management Trustworthy, honest, and committedAbility to work effectively alone and as part of a team Qualifications / requirementsAppropriate qualifications e.g. LCCI or relevant college/university degreePrior work experience shall be considered as an advantageExcellent command of Greek and English language (both verbal and written)Salary range: 18500-24000
