# Sales Advisor (Startup | Commission-Based Initially) **Location:** Limassol, Cyprus — Flexible working arrangement with weekly meetings We’re an early-stage startup looking for a **Sales Advisor** to join our team and help us connect with new customers, generate sales, and contribute to the growth of the business. We are looking for a Sales Advisor who is confident, communicative, proactive, and genuinely interested in developing her career in sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable making sales calls, and wants to gain real-world experience in a growing startup environment. **The position will be commission-based for the first 2 months.** Following this initial period, depending on performance, results, and the growth of the business, there is potential for the role to evolve into a paid position with additional responsibilities. ## What You'll Do * Contact potential customers through **phone calls, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels**. * Make outbound sales calls to prospects and introduce our products/services. * Identify and qualify potential customers. * Follow up consistently with interested prospects. * Schedule meetings and product demonstrations when appropriate. * Maintain professional communication with leads throughout the sales process. * Track prospects, follow-ups, and sales opportunities. * Work closely with the founders to improve sales strategies and approaches. * Provide feedback from prospects to help improve our products and sales process. * Take initiative in finding new ways to generate leads and sales. ## Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who already has a genuine interest in sales and is willing to actively develop their sales skills. ### Requirements * **Fluent spoken Greek and English are mandatory.** * **At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Advisor, Sales Representative, or similar role is desired.** * Familiarity and confidence with **outbound sales calls / cold calling to prospects**. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Confidence when speaking with potential customers. * Ability to handle objections and continue a conversation professionally. * Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. * Reliable, organized, and professional. * Good understanding of basic sales principles and customer psychology. * Genuine interest in learning and improving sales techniques. ### Sales Knowledge Is Important We are particularly interested in candidates who **actively study sales and personal development**. Candidates should therefore be comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure during these first 2 months. **There is no cap on commission — the more you sell, the more you earn.** Following the initial 2-month period, there is potential for the position to transition into a **paid role**, depending on performance, results, and the development of the business.
