Founding Sales & Business Development (Part-time)Location: Cyprus. Hybrid. Weekly meeting in Limassol or Nicosia, or video if you are elsewhere on the island.Start: September 2026.Pay: €600 per month + commission on the revenue you help bring in. No cap on that commission. This is not a commission-only trial and not an unpaid "see how it goes" seat.We are an early-stage AI company in Cyprus, launching a new product and taking it to market. The product helps professional-services firms (accounting, audit, corporate services, and similar) adopt AI in their real work.You would be part of that launch: the founding go-to-market seat on a new business. The work is real outbound into those firms. The goal is paying clients, not a calendar full of polite meetings.You work with an experienced founding team that has built and scaled venture-backed companies. The founder is in the product, the first sales, and the demos. This is a small team at the start of something, not a corporate sales floor.What you ownYou are responsible for bringing revenue.That means you open the conversation, stay on it, and push it toward a yes. You call, email, and follow up on a named list we already have. You build relationships with partners, managers, and the people who actually run AML, onboarding, and bookkeeping work.If you can close something on the phone, do it.When the deal needs a founder in the room, you use them. They will join the meeting, run the demo, and meet whoever else has to be there. You do not get left alone on a product you cannot demo, and you do not get to treat "I booked a meeting" as the job.You keep a simple CRM record of every touch and tell the founder what people actually say.You will not run Instagram ads, build the product, or sit in client implementations.Who this is for- Ambitious. Hungry to grow and to learn.- Someone who enjoys selling, business development, talking to people, and building relationships.- Not afraid of cold calling.- Fluent spoken Greek and English. Both are mandatory. Cypriot or Greek is the natural fit, because you will call clients in both languages.- Passionate about AI. You already play with AI products yourself, and you want to see companies adopt AI for real work, not as a slide.- Ideally some background in accounting, law, audit, or compliance. Studying it at university is enough. The interesting profile is someone who understands that world and does not want to work inside it, but wants a startup seat selling AI into it. You already know what an AML manager does, what bookkeeping looks like, and why a firm will not buy a toy.Sales experience helps. One year of outbound or a similar role is useful. Less is fine if you have actually made the calls and you can show how you learn the craft (books, podcasts, YouTube, courses).What this is not- Not commission-only, and not a 2-month unpaid trial.- Not "just book meetings and disappear."- Not a full-time office job from day one.- Not a role for someone who wants a big-company title and no phone.How to applyReply to this listing with your CV and a short note covering:1.
