We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join INEX Group in Paphos, Cyprus. INEX is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate development company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects across Cyprus. We are looking for a friendly, confident and well-organized person to become the first point of contact for our guests and visitors at our Majestic office in Paphos. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome visitors and clients and coordinate their meetings with the relevant teams. Be the first point of contact for our guests and partners visiting our office - Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments - Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate their use - Support client visits in coordination with the Sales team - Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning and other facility-related services - Provide administrative support when required - Keep the reception and guest areas tidy, welcoming and well-organized - Support internal communication and coordination of ongoing tasks - Be a key player in creating an inspiring, inclusive office space that promotes creativity and innovation Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or a similar client-facing role is an advantage - Fluent Russian and English - Greek would be an advantage - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work - Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate tasks independently We Offer: - Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 - Competitive salary based on experience - Professional development opportunities - Official employment contract according to Cyprus law - 5 days sick leave per year covered by company - Full-time employment - Friendly team and modern office environment - Corporate sim card - Public holiday in accordance with the Cyprus Public Holiday list - 21 days paid vacation per year Vacancy for candidates already in Cyprus with full time work permit.
