Full-Time Administrative Assistant Location: Hybrid (Part-Remote / On-site in Paphos) Hours: 40 hours per week Company: MBS HOMES LTD – Property Management Services About Us We are a growing property management company based in Paphos, specializing in the management, leasing, and maintenance of residential properties. Our mission is to provide stress-free, efficient service to property owners and tenants through proactive communication and streamlined processes. Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This hybrid role involves remote administrative work and occasional in-person responsibilities around Paphos, such as attending property viewings and liaising with tenants. You'll work closely with our team to coordinate schedules, maintain records, and ensure tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries via email and phone Schedule property maintenance, viewings, and inspections Prepare and send invoices to clients Assist in advertising vacant properties (online listings, social media, etc.) Attend and facilitate property viewings as needed Maintain and update records in Excel/Word and property management software (Buildium experience is a plus) Support with other administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Russian required, Greek is a plus) Comfortable working independently and managing time across remote and in-person tasks Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Paphos Preferred (but not required): Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar property management software Experience in the real estate or property management sector Work Conditions: Flexible hours totaling 40 hours per week Hybrid role: Remote admin tasks combined with on-site responsibilities in Paphos Competitive monthly pay based on experience Opportunity for long-term growth in a dynamic and expanding company
