Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements.Supervise electrical installation works on site.Ensure compliance with approved designs, local regulations and safety standards.Coordinate electrical works with architects, engineers and contractors.Check materials and equipment before installation.Monitor work quality, progress and deadlines.Inspect power, lighting, earthing, fire alarm and low-current systems.Resolve technical issues and review proposed design changes.Conduct and document testing and commissioning.Verify completed works and contractors’ payment applications.Prepare site reports, inspection records and as-built documentation.Support final inspections, handover and defect rectification.knowledge of Russian and English is welcome
